Our History
Neeto was created in 2023 but we've been making and screenprinting designs for the past 13 years. Neeto as part of a better rebranding fom our Moshi Moshi Shirts and to have a more focus on streetwear, surf and skate designs while still keeping with the Japanese and anime stuff. All our designs still created and hand screenprinted by Martin Nieto a fan a guy that loves japanese culture and anime and loves taking photos from Japan. We print and ship ourselves from the USA in the Chicago area and hopefully in the near future we will be shipping from Japan. We still a small 1-2 person team and our Mission is to keep creating and sharing our love for Japanese culture through our designs. Thanks for your support.
Our Work
We design and print our own tshirts. pretty much all our t-shirts are designed and silkscreen printed by hand by @martinnieto himself. Nowadays most brands use decals or digital printers DTG direct-to-garment dropshippers which it is convenient to print detailed full color designs but quality still subpar with old methods. That's why we use the handcraft traditional technique of silkscreening to hand print our designs. We use eco water based inks that are difficult to print but the end result is a high quality print with a soft feel as ink dyes the fabric. Most mass produced screenprinted tshirts are mostly printed with plastisol inks as they are easier to work with high volumes as the chemical ink takes awhile to dry on the screens but the result of those inks leaves a heavy thick layer of ink on top of fabric with a high rubbery feel and cracking overtime unlike water based inks the ink becomes part of fabric and its breathable most likely outlast the life of the t-shirt itself. .
